How do AI credits work?
Every account starts with 200 free AI credits. Generating a strategy costs 10 credits; actions like Generate More, Regenerate, Improve, and Rewrite cost 2–3 credits each. You can see the full breakdown and your usage history under Account → Billing & Credits.
I ran out of credits. What now?
Paid top-ups and subscription plans are being rolled out — until then, reach out at dmgcare@hugin.in if you need more credits to keep working.
Can I edit a strategy after it's generated?
Yes. Every section has Generate More, Regenerate, Improve, Rewrite, Continue, and Manual Edit actions, and every AI action is saved to that section's version history so you can restore an earlier version at any time.
How do I export or share a strategy?
Open any strategy and use the Export menu for PDF, Word, Markdown, JSON, or a PNG screenshot, or use Share to copy a link or send it directly.
How do I change my password or delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings. You can change your password there, and account deletion (which permanently removes your strategies and data) is at the bottom of that page.
Is my business data private?
Yes — your strategies and uploads are private to your account, protected by row-level security in our database. See our Privacy Policy for details.
