Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DMG AI (dmg.hugin.in). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

The service

DMG AI generates marketing strategies and related content using AI (Google Gemini). The output is a starting point produced from the information you provide — it's meant to support your marketing decisions, not replace your own judgment, legal advice, or professional consultation.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and using the strategy wizard.
• You're responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of any business details you enter.

AI credits and billing

• New accounts receive an initial allocation of free AI credits. Each AI action (generating a strategy, Generate More, Regenerate, Improve, Rewrite, competitor lookups, and similar features) consumes credits at the rate shown in Billing & Credits.
• Paid plans, when available, are billed through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Credit costs and plan pricing may change; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DMG AI for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes on someone else's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the underlying AI generation pipeline.

Ownership of generated content

You own the marketing strategies and content generated for your account, and you're free to use them commercially. Because the content is AI-generated, we can't guarantee it's free of errors, and we recommend reviewing it before acting on it — particularly anything involving budgets, legal claims, or regulated industries.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep DMG AI available and reliable, but AI generation depends on third-party providers (Google Gemini) that can experience outages or rate limits outside our control. We may update, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
